I had my ticket and was excited to go, then I broke my foot and am on crutches. The only issue I had was Katie Armiger was signing at the merchandise table and I wanted to see her before I was escorted to the elevator and to my seat, but the security guard that I was with knew nothing about it and wouldn't let me go to the merchandise table so I missed her. This wasn't my first event at this venue and I was more than excited to see A Gentleman's Guide To Love and Murder, Easton & Katie there! Staff was VERY helpful for the most part. When I've been to the venue I've only seen stairs and didn't want to take stairs if I didn't have to so I emailed someone at the venue and they got back to me promptly with what they could do to accommodate me with getting to my seat and what to do when I arrived at the venue. I was very upset about that, but other than that, everything was great!"
